I have the GOTY 1.1 edition of the game and the 1.1 Steam trainer will not activate at all when F1 is pressed. I tried the Epic version of the trainer and it activates, then crashes the game.

I am having the same issue. As soon as i activate the trainer (GOTY edition), the game crashes.
