Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values.
I did everything you mentioned and it still gives me that error. It is only for infinite jumps. Everything else seems to work.
Windows or Steam?
If anyone else is having trouble with infinite jumps, please post and provide platform your game was bought through.
I use Steam version.
One thing to try first is load into actual game activate trainer, use a jump, then try activating the option.

Did that as well and still the error. Ah well, maybe I do not need the inf jumps then. Not the end of the world, for sure. I can manage without. Thank you for the help Cypher. Wonderful as always.

Is there still a closed BETA portion of the game and are you set to use that one on Steam, I do see some changes to that build. Right click the game name on steam library, then PROPERTIES, and BETAS, make sure your on the proper stable release build of the game and not on a team 17 beta or team 17 test version.
