It somehow keeps writing over the memory after deactivation/reload. My inventory is massive and i'm worried i wont be able to pick stuff up later. Is it just me? Everything else works 100% and very satisfied. My OCD is going crazy tho lol.

OK wtf, ofcourse I try today and its all good. Well if anyone ever encounters this problem have faith. Just keep loading the game after only activating the trainer at the main menu till you can sell/dismantle things again. Thank you to whoever made this one. TLR (problem solved)

So I believe I actually solved this particular mystery. Seems like the Infinite Arrow/Ammo cheat also has the same effect as infinite item use in that it locks the item number you have preventing them from decreasing. Once this was deactivated I was able to sell and dismantle with no issue.
