The problem with AV's nowadays is that they don't rely on a known database instead decide on "this program looks suspicious". Trainers itself monitor keyboard interactions and inject code into another processes. This makes them look suspicious by default. Most of our recent trainers are digitally signed which means we guarantee that "this trainer file" belongs to us. A bad person wouldn't sign a file as his signature would reveal himself. We do because we don't have anything to hide. Old trainers like this one aren't signed. Therefore it might get false flagged by any AV.
PWizard is right, especially BitDefender is known to cause a lot of issues. Even though Microsoft is analyzing files in the cloud and cause a lot of false reports as well, I still recommend the default Windows 10 AV. Latest reviews proof that it has become a serious protection.
