Hector's shotgun won't damage enemies if option 4 is enabled ( Unlimited Ammo / No reload )

Great Work Guys! Today i finished the game with your trainer. If option unlock all levels work i don't know, but all other options i used without any problems

already tested the steam version trainer on game pass game version. works for me. atlease infinite health and stealth mode works. (i only test these two)
