I can confirm health is fixed. Although I have one question and one extra issue.
Does unlimited only works with ammos and not Doc's Vial or Isabelle's Mind Control? It seems like Hector's shotgun is broken after using trainer. It fires but enemies won't get damage.

Unlimited ammo works only for guns (pistol, rifle etc). I can currently not really think of why the trainer should have broke the shotgun. What options did you used?
