That invincible vehicle cheat does not work, it turns the car into a bomb as it explodes on a single hit.

2) Does anyone know if the remastered game works on Windows 7?

Not officially - the specs only say Win10. Since Win7 went EOL back in January, there aren't going to be any games that get tested in any way on it, so only way to find out it to try it.

As someone who patches servers for a living, you won't catch me touching Win7 with a 10-foot pole. There have still been multiple vulnerabilities on the server side every month since it went EOL (that we are paying through the nose to get patches for) that Win7 isn't getting fixes for at all. You are much better off running Win10 and using a firewall on a cheap raspberry pi to block all the phoning home it does.
