All the Halo trainers for Gamepass/Win Store including the Achiv Enabler should be OK now. Be sure to thank Caliber for his amazing work.

Don't know why this was on the testing list, but I tried it anyway and it worked just fine. Other than the known issue Alien weapon Unlim Ammo only works for guns that have a "number" of rounds left works, it does not work on any alien weapon with a "bar indicator" for rounds left. It has already been stated by Trainer maker this will not be looked at any further, you will have to make the best of it. Just use alien weapons that don;'t have a bar to it for unlimited. the number along with the bar is just visual it is not tied to the actual ammo left. If you want to try to get the bar weapons to have unlimited try CoSMOS.

Couple things..

there is no game called Halo Master Chief Collection.

it's a COLLECTION of games.

maybe some broke, maybe some didn't.
Also if they ALL broke, it's actually like 7 games to update.
so this process is long, stupid, repetative, and in many cases in the past all the registers change with these dumb updates.

So with that said, people need to test each game and report which games are actually broken, and what is broken or being reported by the trainer.

Even so, I won't be updating them all at once, and this is not priority as it could easily tie up three full days of time and there is a LOT more games and work here to do at the site.

I'll gladly help to test all trainers on the most recent (Season 8) update + Hotfix from today, 18th oct 21.
Steam version, EAC disabled.
Testing all the 04.22.2021 HF trainers except for Reach for which the latest trainer is 04.22.2021.


Game: Halo 2
Trainer: 04.22.2021 HF

Does the trainer activate?
(yes)

Do the options work?

(yes) Health
(yes) Shields
(yes) Ammo
(yes) Grenades
(yes) no reload
(yes) super damage

Hello, i am using Halo: The Master Chief Collection - Trainer (Halo Reach 10.18.2021)
Halo CE works perfect no issues just tried halo 2 and i get errors for all options except game speed.

when trying to unlimited shields and health for example i get the following on repeat until i close the game.

if activating from halo 2 main menu it activates but when i go into game i get the following.

Guys. the game loads and unloads each campaign via a .dll You need to NOT ACTIVATE the trainer until you are RUNNING THE CAMPAIGN AND INSIDE THE GAME MOVING AROUND. Make sure you are USING THE CORRECT TRAINER to match the campaign you are playing. If you leave that campaign and play another game (like moving from Halo 3 to Halo 4) then you will need to close the trainer, wait until you are IN THAT GAME, then RUN the appropriate trainer and only activate it when you are actually inside the game moving your character around.

Sorry the confusion but this is the only way to get it to work

I may need to move this to an Aurora support thread, but I noticed this was not working in Aurora. for Halo 2. It worked for Halo CE, but I get a DLL error in Halo 2.

The stand alone trainer for Halo 2 seems to be working however.

All that said, would this be better served being posted some where in an aurora support section?

Sorry I am coming to this late, but I want to ask about which games the Master Chief trainer covers...

Under this Master Chief banner, Steam has 5 games, and I note there are listings (on cheathappens) for the various versions as well...so will the Master Chief trainer cover all the versions of the game?
