hello!
have not used a trainer in a long time so i was wondering if anyone can explain how the edit part works...i am mainly interested in the xp option.. i cant seem to figure out how it works.

The editor works in three ways, as you can see. The three categories are Controlled Unit, Mouse Over Unit, and Unit Stats in Barracks. (NOTE: The trainer must be activated first before you can use the editor/options)

Controlled Unit refers to when you are in a mission and you have selected a unit. An example would be when you first start a mission and you have a unit selected (which is marked by the blue gear outline around them in-game). In this category you will see the Health, Max Health, Action Points, and Max Action Points of the unit you have selected. A good note to remember is that you can not have the unit have more health than its max. Otherwise the game simply resets the units health back to what its max would be. Thus, you change their max health to something like 1000 and then you set their hp to 1000. The reason you switch the normal hp one is because the units health will not go to whatever the max is but will stay at what it was previously. An example of this would be if you had a unit with 500 health and you set the max at 1000, their health will still be 500 unless you switch their health to 1000 to match what you set the max at.
Action Points and Max Action Points is the same concept, you can edit how many action points the unit has each turn. If you set it to 8 max then they will have 8 ap each turn. However, the turn where you set the max you need to set their current ap to the max you set it to as well. So you can use all 8 and not the original 3 action points.
Mouse Over Unit is self-explanatory, all you really have to do is hover your mouse over a unit and then when you see an outline of the unit in-game their health will pop up in the trainer and you can edit it. (you can also mouse over enemy units and set their health too)
Unit Stats in Barracks is also self-explanatory. In-between missions go to your barracks and select a unit you want to edit. After you click on the unit their stats will pop up in the editor. You can set their base health, level, xp, and skill points. There is no hp and max hp because whatever you set the base health too they will have whatever you set it to for the rest of the game. You can also edit their level, and a good thing to keep in mind is that the level max for this game is 10. So try not to go above that. You can set their experience, which sometimes can be useful if you ever wanted to set a units exp close to leveling up so they level up in the following mission, or if you want to set the exp back to the beginning of the level they are at so they stay on par with your other squad mates. You can also edit skill points, throughout the game normally you can only obtain 18 skill points total. However, if you want to you can set it to 34 to get all the skills. Each skill costs 1 point and it is respective to each individual squad mate and not a universal skill point pool.

Edit: I forgot to mention that sometimes you might not see the edited values until you either change something or go back to the main menu and back into the barracks.

Other Important Things to Note:
- Unlimited Equipment Mods does not affect armor, only weapon and frag/stim grenade modifications.
- Super Damage also applies to the enemies. Wherein, they can one shot your squad mates as well, even the heroes so always have Unlimited HP/Team HP activated when you use it. Do not use this option on bosses Since each boss has 3 stages having this option activated will glitch the game and you will have to restart the mission/act or campaign if you are on iron man mode.
- Fast Ability Cool Downs affects any enemy that has an opportunity attack like wretches, grenadiers, kantuses, etc. An example of this is if you get to close to a wretch with the option on then the wretch can use its opportunity attack infinitely instead of just once each turn and you will have to kill the wretch.

not sure what i am doing wrong with the editor!
it is always giving me ?? in the box, no matter what i put there the game doesnt take and i keep losing the skills points i already earned in the missions
any help please
