Whilst your waiting for a trainer COSMOS works for movement.
Search for 3 move your character 1 action point then search for 2.
Swap your characters and keep scanning for 2 then move back to your original character. Search for 2 again then move 1 more AP and do a search for 1.
Should leave 3 values. add all to table change to 3 and set it activated.
i don't even know how to use COSMOS properly and I managed it.
