The trainer is notifying me for Bethesda version that the trainer is updated, but when I go on to the site it is not updated; only for Steam.
The last update for the Bethesda trainer is 03/25, the Steam is 04/17, and my trainer is warning me to update.
And yes, I have a screenshot.
