Ok,

So at the end of the game, I completed Hardcore using 0 Saves and died 0 times and I completed the game in 01:48:45. However, it only gave me a B rank. Which within these criteria, I should have gotten an A rank. So I did a little research and went into my residentevil.net account to view my record and it says that I saved the game 100 times. I've provided an image that shows this.

Also, I'm having an issue with the lock picked/item box/safe/etc record in game. Despite using a walkthrough and checking them all off, it only counts 19 out of 20.

My question is, is anyone else having these issues? I know the game is pretty brand new and there are kinks/bugs to work out. I don't know if it's trainer related or game related. I'm using the Unlimited Health, Invincible, Unlimited Ammo, No Recoil, No Reload, and Fast Accuracy options.

Use the trainer in Steam OFFLINE mode.
You have to switch Steam offline first or it will still connect to RE.net (the Capcom stuff)
Rushed the game in hardcore and got a rank S without any problem.
For the boxes stuff, i have opened everything a get the achievement without any issues.
Achevement - RE: Master of Unlocking - Unlock all safes, lockers, strongboxes, and pickable locks.
Yes, every lockers....

I think you may have missed a locked container by mistake. Maybe the walkthrough skipped one by mistake? I know my first playthrough I missed the Safe in the Hospital as Carlos because I didn't find that memo in the OR. So I got to the end missing one and was confused until my second playthrough.

I would suggest going through and getting every locked container again just to be sure. If it still says 19/20 then yeah it's a bug in the game, but I'm thinking you probably did what I did and missed one by mistake.

As for the RE.net and ranking I was wondering the same. My first playthrough was an S, and then I signed up for RE.net. It isn't tracking that playthrough. It is however tracking my second. I used the save reset option on the trainer as well and it worked fine. I am about to start my third playthrough so I will let you know if I am having issues as well, I plan on trying more options as far as item boxes, saves, time...etc.

And yeah same thing happened to me, my first play through on hardcore gave me 100 saves on RE.net but it registered as 1 after wards. I think it's stuck like that now unless you go through the game using only auto saves. There's no reason to save the game from Assisted to Nightmare Mode... Inferno Mode is the only mode that disables the auto saving, so don't even bother saving.

Also, you can't heal yourself more than like 5 times, if you do, it lowers your ranking every 5 times you heal... it's a hidden stat that was present in the original 1998 game as well. Healing too much will reduce your rank.

Also Infinite Rocket Launcher and other unlockables DO NOT lower your ranking, so feel free to rush the game only using the infinite rocket launcher after you unlock it and have fun with it. There is no S+ rank in this version of the game and S ranks do not unlock anything special, it's strictly for achievements only.

For the old version you must not use first aid spray for the S+ rank, green herb is acceptable :P

I didn't realize that about the infinite weapons. Very awesome and thanks for the heads up.

I have the same problem, too. I use Invincible, No Reload, Easy Kills, and Tyrant Remains Down options. In-game Hardcore result show 0 save but 100 saves on RE.net.

FYI, Hardcore is the only difficulty that you'll need 1:45h to get S.
