Of all the trainers I use this one is the hardest to get to start. I do the trainer fix steps but it is only after reboots and just luck that it comes up. Here is what event viewer shows.

If that were true then we would have about 200,000 support requests stating this instead of 2. I would look elsewhere for your issue.

idk you assume alot for the world when most people do not bother to patch pc's let alone as soon as they come out and its only brand new ones with this issue. suspect its going to be a slow burn issue from personal experience in these type of issues but maybe right.
additional and at risk of sounding rude with reply... maybe check your forums better, seems already wide spread based on the feedback/issues sub forums
