There was a small 58mb patch, the Dev's said it was a bunch of fixes, but never put them on the forums.
No Reload is the only broken cheat.

Actually... fast level-up on skills isn't working for all skills now either. Specifically second-tier melee. It will level up the skill for the first tier, and then when you pick the advanced tier, it no longer works. The Melee combat is the only one I have seen this issue with, but I have seen it consistently across multiple saves and with different survivors.
This was working yesterday, but after the update, it behaves as I mentioned above.
Now honestly i havent read all the posts but i have had a weird thing happen. i downloaded the game through steam and the one trainer that says steam doesnt work for it so i did the other one for microsoft and it worked not a big deal at all it works no matter what just caught me off guard with that. other than that little hicup i appriciate all the hard work bringing this out very quickly and works like a gem. thanks again
This happened to me too it seems the file was swapped instead of download steam version you'll get game pass version vice versa

Did you check the Icons on your Trainer you picked to make sure they are the right Operating System.. I downloaded both and found out they were mixed up. 😂
