Trainer manager no internet connection on Feedback, Complaints or Problems Message Board - Page 1

Hi I'm a user from China.I need to use a VPN to visit your website and use the trainer.But I can't use trainer manager. It says no internet connection when I open it. But the VPN I use works fine.I can visit your website and download the trainers through browser, but can't connect to trainer manager.
Please help
I've already download the newest version and reset trainer manager , it still cant connect

It uses IE11 to make the web connection. So IE must be working properly for it to work.

It works fine on both IE11 and edge on Windows 10.But still cant connect.
