i'm posting on behalf a friend of mine in Quebec Canada, has cogeco cable for an ISP.
he cant access the site via any browser or device, or thru the Trainer manager. Link Link
i would of suggested to them try accessing via Mobile Data but they are not in their family plan so, no Cellular data for them:/ (aka in order to isolate if their ISP is blocking the site somehow)

I have Cogeco, works just fine here.
clear browser cache and cookies.
Also noticed he/she is using the fork of the Firefox browser called Waterfox. Forks don't tend to get the latest updates as fast as the main, so I would just use Firefox as a browser.

they have chrome as well, and still gives em this issue, , and their tablet cant access the main site either,

add www.cheathappens.com to the browsers white list.
Just to be save, have them turn off all the browser add-ons, if they can then get to the site turn them back on 1 at a time until the site is blocked again and that will be the culprit. Could be 1 or 2 maybe need to be updated.
