For me, Trainers help us see the story and ending how we want, good, bad, the ugly, or Silent hill 2 hidden dog controlling things

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.
This cleaner is also part of the new Cheat Happens Trainer Manager 2.0, it is found in the settings and has an easy to use one button click feature.

I use cleaner and restart my pc than reinstall the trainer and still same message 🙁

May need to start a new game and try it, if it was a save from a previous version before full release or has become corrupt.
no way yesterday I buy the game and download trainer at first time launch ,
and I try start new game same error,
i will reinstall all game now and see
