i have the same issue with stealth mode host single as soon as i try to disable game crash im host no one else just play through a bit wont crash if you do while loading though but only after you are in game like actually walking through i actually did report this also

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.

I see it's already reported that it does not work.

So I wait for an update.

The game was released officially to version 1.0 yesterday, 16 cheat update requests are currently active. So it would be a good time right about "soon". :-)

The trainer is still failing with the 1.0 update.
