I believe I may have fixed the incompatibility with Windows 7 and the older trainers. I would encourage those that were having problems to please try now without an offline key and see if it works. It works now for me when I test.

mobil trainer wont work when windows update to windowsdesktop-runtime-3.1.20-win-x64.
Ok.
1. What trainer are you running.
2. What version of your Trainer Manager are you on.
3. If there is an error screen please provide a screen shot or if its on the debug page copy and paste it.
Any trainer with mobil.

Ok.
Delete everything connected to the Trainer Manager. Remove the app from your phone. Reinstalled the TM and the App. Connect the TM back up to the App. Also make sure the TM and its location along with the location of the trainers are whitlisted on your Antivirus.
All doen, but no go
Can you start the trainers as normal without using the mobile app?
