Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi,

Getting an error today when trying to submit an option request. I'm NOT trying to attach a file (e.g. savegame) to the request but I keep getting an invalid file type error that prohibits the request of any option.

See attached image.

Specifics:

Game: Halo: Master Chief Collection

Tried all 3 distributions (Steam, Windows Store, Xbox Gamepass for PC).

Yeah I have the same issue. I was trying to request option for Gundam G Generation Cross Ray.

Were you also trying to attach a file or just make a request?

I was only trying to request an option. I did not try to put ina file. It just says it only accept zip.
