It is in Halo Reach, at the beginning of the third mission ONI: SWORD BASE.

I think you may be right, and it is due to "alien weapon options being on and not having or getting any in the next mission." If this is the case, anyway to "fix" it, or should I go back and start from the beginning making sure I do not have the alien weapon options on?

That was it. I went back one mission and made sure alien weapon options in trainer were turned off. Working well now.

Is it just me or no one can find the actual DL link for the Reach trainer? I tried looking for it for a good 20 minutes, but I can't find it. If the creator or someone can send a link that would be awesome. Thanks in advance

Its the first one that pops up after you hit the BIG RED BAR that says click for more trainers, #3. Halo: The Master Chief Collection Trainer (Halo Reach 11.24.2020)

Tested latest update (season 6) All working fine, reminder to turn off ALIEN WEAPON OPTIONS when transitioning in missions to avoid fatal UE Crash/

STEAM VERSION TESTED.

11:32:45: Successfully attached to MCC-Win64-Shipping
11:32:57: Script error in line 1: Cannot find aob for 'No_Reload'
11:33:00: Script error in line 1: Cannot find aob for 'Unlimited_Grenades'

I am getting these errors when I try to use the trainer (from 2/5/2021) with latest Halo Reach. Is it normal and they are simply not applicable to Reach, or am I doing something wrong?

That error tells me your using the Halo 3 ODST trainer on Reach, Get the latest Halo Reach trainer.
