today I tried the editor and is amazing work !! congratulations to the CH team! The editor works perfectly and the amount of options is great!

just wondering how do i add decorations not to sure how to do that since its not specified

it says how to do it in the readme file from the MHW Editor trainer.

"Item Pouch -> Selected Item / Ammo / Material:
Mouse HOVER the item in your item pouch OUTSIDE of your item box, then tab out and make your changes. For streamstones and jewels add them to a MATERIAL slot. Then start a mission and complete it and they will be added as loot and become available (thanks @pelgrim)."

I'll explain more if you are new to this.

Run the MHW Editor with the game - when you spawn in, press Esc - Item pouch - at the bottom left side is a materials box - Mouse over an empty slot and alt+tab - find the "Item pouch -> Selected Material" and you can see "ID and Quantity" options. 1409, 1410 & 1411 are the new iceborne feystones ID's. Add the amount you want into that slot your mouse is hovering over and then just do any quest. At the end of the quest, it will be added as a reward. 🙂

FOR SOME REASON, THE EDITOR WILL LAUNCH THEN CLOSE ITSELF UPON SAYING CUSTOMIZED FOR EAGLESCOUT. ANY IDEA WHAT THE ISSUE IS OR HOW IT CAN BE FIXED?

Likely your AV, firewall or other security software shutting it down.

Editor works perfectly, but I need some guidance, how to add decoration pets and Palico gadgets to their correct places? I can spawn them, but they're remain in the pouch. Thanks in advance!

I'm having issues with the editor, it's saying it can't open because of a .tmp file

I've redownloaded the .net framework and core for their respective latest versions and I've tried running in administrator. Very strange considering the MHW trainer and other trainers work fine to use ((after the fact I've redownloaded the framework as well))

Help would be very much appreciated in troubleshooting



Small update, after leaving online play, shut down the game and restarted for offline play. The editor actually came up but crashed and asked to find a program to open a .tmp file
