Yes.
It's working, I had to repair the .Net framework

So just in case I'm being dumb, right now the editor has hunter experience but NOT master rank, and hunter's rank experience doesn't affect master rank. Am I missing something or is the editor just missing that? Rather not spend my life in the grinding lands if I can help it : (

I have used previous versions of the editor before and they worked fine but as of late I only get the Cheat Happens splash screen and then nothing. The other Iceborne trainer is working just not the editor. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the .net core multiple times and updated my .net framework to the latest 4.8. Is there anything else I am doing wrong?

Then it's probably your AV software, turn it off and add trainer to exclusion list.
