make sure you installed BOTH of these.

Don't set the value so high. the value I get when I use the trainer is 600.00, if that is not adequate than change the value to 700.00 and so on until you get the desired location though I would not go pas 1600.00 as a value.

yes installing .NET Core 3.1 SDK (v3.1.100) worked for me

Are you running a trainer you downloaded and it prompts the CHEATHAPPENS splashscreen, then suddenly closes? There is a reason!

Windows pushed out .net Core 3.1 Runtimes. Our trainers and a lot of software on the internet requires these Microsoft pre-requisites to be installed. Many games use these so some people may already have Core 3.1 installed. At any rate, this is safe and normal Microsoft libraries that their software and ours and many others use. Down the line it will likely be included in normal Windows 10 installs and updates. Once you do this, all our newest trainers that you download from now on will work, so it's do this once and then you are done with it.

Install both, then reboot, then try the trainer. Should be good to go.

I apologize that our trainer doesn't tell you that these are not on your system then prompt you to download them. We are still investigating why that doesn't happen, since Microsoft said that it would do this automatically.

We are using the newest and most efficient libraries as we continue to innovate and improve our trainers and our software and tools. This is one of the things that allows us to do that.

Is there like a certain point in the game I need to get in the game to utilize cheats in the game, I'm only at the train sure, after second sister just killed Cal's friend from the scrapyard,yet I can't seem to access cheats yet, I download the newest trainer from the top of trainer page and install it as usual and alt tab out of the game like I normally do, it shows the usual customized for me sign, but then it doesn't expand to show the full optiions of the trainer, so what's going on, are we inbetween updates of the trainer or something?

This is normal as the train mission serves to introduce you to the basics, once your past that all the cheats work fine.
