My rep got reset at some point during the time I was using the trainer, although I came back online and went for a night run to grind back the rep I lost but as I ended the night, my rep returned top the original level. So don't stress if you have the same isse, I did seen as I was level 47...

Edit: nvm Heat Level editor was already done

When I use the function heat to go to level 5, after that, when entering the safe house to update, the rep is downgraded.
How to fix ?
Now i'm at rep 25

I can’t see the option to edit the heat level I downloaded the latest trainer and I only see the option to edit the money thanks

there is no option to edit the heat level. There is reset heat, then there is an ability at that option to set the value to use now.
