Small warning: Make sure you disable option 3 and 4 (no car damage and reset player damage) before starting the mission where you have to destroy Shaw's car. For some reason the trainer sees his car as the player car during that mission and makes it indestructible, effectively making the mission unsolvable.
To succeed in that mission you need to disable option 3 and 4 before the mission or disable them when the chase starts -> menu -> restart. If restarting once is not enough restart it multiple times until his health bar is normal rather than excessively long.
I had to restart it 3 times before it was normal and I could complete the mission.

I tried doing the steps to get set the money editor in offline play, my current money still decreases when i buy duplicate nitro

Are you SURE you're offline? If you disable your internet connection you'll be automatically booted to offline mode. Then, if you follow the steps in the trainer readme, you should be able to edit your money no problem. It's worked fine for me and just about everyone else in here. You also shouldn't be losing money buying a duplicate as the stock nitrous is $0, right?
