Red Dead Redemption 2 Discussion
Trainer Tools and Resources

I had the same question as @no_pulse as I also noted not being credited for using 'no health items' on various missions. Obviously if I have unlimited health I have no reason to use a health item, yet I still don't get credit for that achievement at the end of the mission, which results in a lower rating. I've even discarded all health items in my inventory and it still doesn't check it off at the end of the mission. So what no_pulse was asking is a valid question and yes those options do somehow affect the ratings at the end of a mission.
I used the cheat options and I got the gold on missions where I did not use a health item.
Keep in mind, "health item" is not just items that effect "health". Anything you use to recover stamina or dead eye also counts (not sure about the horse, but I never use those ones even without cheats). Same with Core recovery items. Tho I believe food items are exempt, not sure, but best to avoid using anything at all when getting the gold requires no using "health items".
Just so I'm super clear (even though this post appears to be), you CAN use the trainer for Online as long as you're playing as single player, correct?
No idea. I'd suggest you not go online if you can avoid it. We have no idea if Rockstar will ban or otherwise do something to you. There is zero info on this, and we can't possibly know their rules or their decision tree on what is a violation, their infraction policy, etc.
Well past chapter 2 and still can't chose the option to upgrade the camp to allow quick travel. Just not an option to buy
