I did run a test and kept it zoomed and timed for 10 minutes. I also watched a video on how it should be triggered (zooming in medium range) and my game doesn't behave like the video at all. I am clearing all saves and restarting to test. I have a feeling this may just be a RS bug. I noticed another issue without ever running the trainer during the early mission where you ride after Cole. Once I got to the spot where you are to take cover and Dutch asks you how to proceed, there is no option to select. If I just start shooting, it will let me continue the mission, and on the 2nd prompt (during the reinforcements from the woods) the options appear just fine.

Guys, first of all thanks for the super job what you did as always. sorry for the dumb question, but how is the "mouse over item change quantity" things works exactly? sorry if it was asked before

I had this issue, too. It has to do with having more than one monitor. Run your game in windowed mode for that mission and you will get past it.

For those who suggest:
-turning off the money cheat after raising the money
-setting the amount picked up to a lower more reasonable number
-selling/earning something after having turned off the cheat
-turning off anti-virus, running as admin
First of all thank you for trying to help. I appreciate it.
However, unfortunately, none of those, or other suggestions I've read, worked for me.
I even raised the money, exited the game, ran in off-line and spending 1 c reduced my money to 0 $.
It seems to me that, somehow, the game keeps track of the amount of money earned in the recent transaction and it reduces the money to the amount before an abrupt outlying spike in the money earned.

I have tried to read all those 60 + pages to find an answer to my question before i post. Its possible i missed it, but hey. Whats the forums for?

My q is.. When you have too trettheten / Beat a AI to gen an reaction. Sometimes i can beat and beat without any reactions. I need some papers for some Indians, but the AI just take the beating without any reaction..

Have you turned off "Fall Damage"? The option tooltip even informs you about this issue. Read the option tooltips before using them.
