What am I doing wrong, cannot get the game speed function to work?

All other options work. I have Rockstar game launcher version.

I end up stuck and can only jump forward, then I'm stuck again. Same riding the horse. Seems weird. 😵

Hi,

I have issues with unlimited stamina option too.
When I launch the game and start playing unlimited stamina is working fine, but after some time spent in the game it's stop working at all.
I have a Rockstar launcher version of the game.

I've also recorded a video, showing what unlimited stamina isn't working.

Is anyone else struggling with unlimited health that affects enemy? It has been solved last time I played. But it seems to be back again. Couldn't even choke an enemy. And after about 10 bullets with the double action revolver without killing the dude, made me wonder if it's starting to affect the enemies again. Anyone with similar issues? Just want to eliminate that it's not just something on my part
