Haven't tried the latest one yet. But i've seen reports that enemy gets some health as well when using unlimited health cheat. Just thought I would put out that I could not kill the Legendary Bear with unlimited health on. So it seemed to affect animals as well. Was using explosive bullets. Love the trainer otherwise. Will try the latest one now

Thanks for the info on the "Unlimited Health" issue. Um, what is the difference between "Unlimited Health", and "Unlimited Max Core Health"? Is it better to use the Core one, since "Unlimited Health" seems to be causing issues? Can you die if "Unlimited Max Core Health" is toggled on? Further thoughts and help appreciated
Its a game mechanic. Your health you have two meters, the heart and then the actual health meter. The health meter is when you take damage, the heart meter is when you are tired or take damage beyond the health meter. Same for Stamina and Dead Eye. This is why you have to eat or drink or do tonics, etc.
No idea if Unlimited Max Core Health prevents death, but the code that refills it isn't called but like once a second or two so I wouldn't depend on it.
The unlimited health option has been addressed further in the latest trainer we posted. Please use the top trainer and report if any more issues. Killing most anything can be done with headshots with either trainer, but the top trainer you can shoot people normally.
I can post a video of me taking out an entire gang with the trainer if you like.

Just a heads up to everyone using it.
Before you ever buy anything disable Unlimited items or it resets your cash
Also fist fights last forever if you dont disable unlimited health.
Thanks for the tip on Unlimited Items. Money IS an item in the game, although the code location I picked to give you money seemed to be isolated for just money when you pick it up.
Regarding fist fights or unlimited health, try the latest trainer and report.

Trainer for unlimited health and stamina doesnt work even though it says its activated
It literally works without fail here in multiple saves and conditions. I cannot make it fail..
Also, "doesnt" work is not a very helpful feedback.
