    Search for float values. That will allow you to alter budget (i.e. range 6999999 - 7000001) and tonnage (i.e. 60000) You should b able to make a pretty good ship from this.

    Are you talking about editing the files?
    The game is coded in Unity, you can use the UABE tool to look into them.
    Or use CoSMOS in game to find the float values to edit
