the weight option doesn't seem to work, it changes my visual weight limit to 9999 but when I go over what my max weight should be, I cant sprint anymore. Also, that's compounded by the infinite use option which sets things to 999 and that includes stuff that has a weight.
Activate infinite items then put anything that gives run speed in your inhaler than pop that stuff like a junkie at Wallmart.
Unlimited companion health caused perma death/life after fighting a robot, explosive damage I believe. companion life remains full but on the ground dead, also still does dialog but you are just walking around with a dead body that plops down beside you when you zone or chat with an npc. so be safe if you use this option, its perma and have to start the game over to get them back if no pre load option if you catch it in time.
Yeah I have two party members living in limbo. I'm hoping a console command can be found to fix it.
