yes and i deleted old trainer and did a new download and samething happen

Dunno if this is the culprit causing your problem but Steam reports there was a small update 3 or 4 hours ago. .

maybe is just an issue or is something different... but when i try to use inf items, it definitely works, but i cannot toss or discard any items, its just fill my inventory with duplicates and maximize all the stuff but i cannot free any slots. i toss the items, they are on the floor, but dont disappear from my inventory.... any suggestions?

Turn it off and then discard them maybe? Some options are not meant to be left active, just only when needed and then shut off right after.

See, what happens is this.

Unlimited Items has a way too high number 99 items, when most items, such as some foods have a 3 or 6 limit, adrenaline has 3 limit, bullets for Ak have 20 limit, shotgun ammo 10, pistol also, and so on, when you get 99, and even if you switch it off immediately, as soon as you either reload or use an item, all of them spawn themselves to their hard cap of 10, 3, 6 or whatever, thus filling your inventory, but the best part of that is, by doing so, they dump into the void your other items such as needed weapons, and other items, such as your teleport gun to get out of missions! ALso, the trainer option 3, gives you 99 teleport gun which is hard set by the game to only 1 on the stack, and also the geiger counter gets 99 which is also hard capped at 1 only. so that bugs your game and you cannot play and have to restart. A possible solution, reducing the 99 max to say 10, so as not to fill up your inventory, then clearly find and define the option not to affect items such as the teleport gun or geiger counter which are capped at 1 only, so that the game can be played. Lastly, splitting the unlimited item usage option 4 from the unlimited ammo usage, as that also causes the overflow of objects.

Anyway, that is my 2 cents on the issue, I play the game, use only 1 time the unlim items and then drop them inside the HQ, then use option 4 unlim usage items and ammo, because I need the unlim ammo, but every 20 or 30 minutes, then unlim usage for all other items kicks in when I collect loot and I get swamped in items. And need to restart a new game.
