i use bitdefender antivirus

Gonna need a little more info to give an exact solution to your issue, but double check and make sure that the folder your trainers are in, the trainer file itself, and the trainer manager (if being used) are on the "Exclusions" list of your anti-virus. If you don't have them on the exclusions list, your AV will block it from opening and in some cases "vault" or delete the trainer file.

I agree with Rick. There's info and videos here for your AV product, too.

now i know it because of bitdefender
when i delete bit defender i can use trainer

but i want to use bitdefender too
help me pleasee my bitdefender is 2020 version

Have you followed the tutorial Jaks gave you? Even if its for 2018 in the videos, it should be the same for 2020.

uninstall Bitdefender and get a better AV product that doesn't block trainers.

It doesn't take rocket science to watch the videos I made about it (and Jaks linked to), to see which Bitdefender modules are addressed and need to be looked into when running CH trainers.

I have Bitdefender AV 2020 (modules have the same names) on a test system here with the latest Windows 10 and I can launch each trainer without any hassle.
