i did a full pc search for a file called ch breakpoint launcher and nothing came up

Not quite what the Readme says:
This game comes with software called BattlEye which will prevent you from using the trainer if you run the game normally.

We included a launcher with this trainer. You should put the launcher in the same directory as the game and then run the launcher. It will start the game for you. Once the game is started, THEN you can use the trainer.

Place the launcher:

CH Breakpoint Launcher.exe
or:
CH Breakpoint UPP Launcher.exe (if you have the Uplay Plus version)

into the game directory, usually here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\games\Ghost Recon Breakpoint

or wherever the game is installed.

Run the launcher, and once the game is at main menu, you can activate the trainer.

First, the launcher file is included in the separate zip file that comes with the trainer.
You need to unzip that as well and then drag the proper launcher into the GRB base folder, then run that to start the game with Battle-Eye disabled so the trainer works.

UPP for the UPlay Plus version, the other for anything else.

Trainer works fine for me and always has when i decide to use it, if the instructions are followed.
