There is an easy way for us to figure this out.
Who here preordered it from Epic?
How did preload work on epic were you able to preload it directly through epic launcher or did they force you to preload through Rockstar Launcher?
If it's all inside Epic then it will be a totally seperate entity from rockstar launcher.
If it's through Rockstar launcher than it's confirmed we are all on same page.
dayyyuuum... you smart bro! ⭐

"...software installations required including !!!Rockstar Games Launcher!!!, DirectX, Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributables (x64), Chromium Embedded Framework, Rockstar Games Social Club Framework and authentication software that recognizes certain hardware attributes for entitlement, digital rights management, license enforcement, support, system, and other purposes."
So it looks like this would count for all versions of RDR2 PC...?
That would indeed be the best case scenario for the CH staff as well, as they hopefully only need the exe as pointer and injection, and all RDR2 installations will can be launched directly, no matter if it is steam, epic or Rockstar native.
I'd love to see an option for horse speed (just hold x and the horse goes full speed). Love this game, but the constant button mashing while riding the horse is killing my thumb. Thanks!
Absolutely. R* is so annoying with this. No idea why they insist on keeping the tap button to sprint; it's awful, clunky, and archaic. Although I guess that would be more of a mod, not a trainer or cheat type thing? I kept my eyes peeled on Nexus for a hold to sprint mod, but never saw one. R* should just have the setting available in options like Spider-Man button mash parts.
I understand that's the time Sony will release the PC version of RDR2, any idea when or if there'll be a trainer, and what about playing the game, will I be using a keyboard and mouse or a PS4 controller, and what about tradeability, I already own a PS4 copy of RDR2, I'd prefer not to have to buy the game again? Any word from Sony if they're going to make any of their other popular games available for PC?
- We don't know about Exclusives, and this game was NOT a Sony exclusive game. The Sony PS games are system sellers, hence PS only
- On PC you can play with Keyboard and Mouse or with a Joypad of your choice. Many prefer and use the X Box Controller for PC.
- Your PS4 Copy is added to the Rockstar library, but PC is a seperate release! You have to buy it again, unfortunately. And remember that progress cant be transfered, so you start form the beginning. Your online PS Profile can't be used here.
