Note! This game comes with software named Easy Anti Cheat, that prevents mods and tools and trainers from attaching to the game. If you want to be able to use the trainer with the game, then you MUST do the following:

Go to the game directory where the game is stored, usually here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\PVZ Battle for Neighborville

rename the program file:

EasyAntiCheat_launcher.exe

to something else.

Next, place the launcher included with this trainer into the directory.

The launcher is also called:

EasyAntiCheat_launcher.exe

Next, double click on the game:

PVZBattleforNeighborville.exe

to start it.

Please note that you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY ONLINE WITH OR AGAINST OTHER LIVE HUMAN PLAYERS! This trainer only will work with you playing alone and at the main hub.

You can STILL earn XP and etc.

One way to earn GOLD quickly is to set your XP back to 0, then kill something, then set your XP to high value like 50000 and then kill something else, to quickly earn 9000 to 10000 gold. You can repeat.

Again, this trainer is for playing ALONE and with SINGLE PLAYER modes in PRIVATE.

Mute Hotkeys:
-------------------------------------------------------
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.


VR Mode

HTC Vive
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Activate the trainer as usual with your keyboard. Put your HTC Vive on and when you are ingame press the 'Menu' button on the hand controllers to open the steam overlay. At the bottom you can click on the 'Desktop' button and you can easily press options on the trainer with your hand controller now.

Oculus Rift
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Open Oculus dashboard and click on 'Oculus Desktop', now press the buttons on the trainer to toggle the cheats.

its for origin, i think they made a typo.

all the launcher does is allow you to run the game without easy anti cheat driver which modifies your operating system and kernel level so that normal Windows API calls to access memory of running processes on your own computer that you purchased and belong to you will work. This driver is like a rootkit, taking over your operating system and changing it, diverting normal windows functions and api calls or blocking them. That's all the launcher does. As a side effect, it appears to prevent you from playing online in PvP real arenas. At least it did here. If people found a way or went online with their trainer and are invincible or are making impossible XP gains and credits in short amount of time and then going online with those characters, then stat banning is a possibility.

I have no idea what, why, or how, or even IF the trainer has anything to do with bans in these sorts of games. You would have to get Origin to send you a reason or challenge it if they won't tell you why. Either way, this game is mostly online PvP royale type game and that's the reason they are putting in anticheats and banning people, that they think are being unfair to other players.

The short answer is that we don't know and we have no idea if/why/how/when you can or will be banned.

Banning your entire Origin account seems unlikely and overly harsh. But maybe it happens, I have no idea.

It's just a game, but unfortunately they are making anticheats to work like spy software and malware now, completely subverting your operating system, collecting information from you, tying your entire software collection to a toy game with plants and zombies? Do you even really OWN your games anymore?
