Feedback, Complaints or Problems

So, I've used the trainer manager for quite a while, and it's always worked great. I updated it about a month ago and since then it won't allow me to download any trainers through the trainer manager. I can go through a browser such as chrome, download the trainer, and move it into my trainer folder and it works fine. Downloads are just not working for updates or new trainers. Anyone else see this issue?

Try disabling all AV, firewall and other security software along with any extensions/addons for IE and Edge and try again.

I don't use IE or Edge on my computer, and I did verify that I don't have any IE or Edge extensions. I disabled my AV, and I'm still seeing the attached error.

Well, it doesn't look like it's allowing me to paste a picture...

It says
"Unable to download ....-asiqduah-abe1c6bb5ed84da.zip from www.cheathappens.com.

Unable to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."

I'm going to set up a packet capture to verify the data.

Cleaning your browser's cache might help.

Also, disabling your anti virus(es) is often insufficient since most of them keep running in the background. What work great for me is white listing the trainer's executable (.exe) in the security software(s).
