yes tryed it now a few times:
- kill all files like recommended
- no virus aktive
- started from just trainer without manager and as admin
- restarted and checked folder (still empty)
result only grenades do super dmg all weapon won't
No antivirus active? Did you disable it? That may not be enough.

I can confirm that I have also tried all of the steps suggested a third time, and still no luck with getting those 2 options to work. Since all of the other options seem to be ok, personally I can live without them. Just would have been nice given the new event and mayhem drops.
I'll look at filing a report in the near future, as I'm sure some of the others here who are also having the same problem would like it resolved. Great work as always on getting this out so soon after a patch.
That may be but keep in mind there seems to be 5-6 instances of problems but over 1650 other downloads of the updated trainer that aren't reporting problems. It also works for me and worked for 0X90, the trainer creator that also tested it.
It's not always easy trying to understand what's different and contrary about a distant PC or the process and procedure being used that's preventing a known working and tested trainer from doing what it's supposed to do. I was hoping something I suggested might have worked and I'm really disappointed nothing has helped.
EDIT: 0X90 has updated the trainer again so delete your trainer and dload the newest version.

the F3 option adjust the item level to the mayhem level where you are playing? or only to your character level?
I've only seen Character level which is I believe still maxed out at 57? You have to use F4, hover over the items and it will change the level number but you have to exit the game and reload it for the stats to catch up. 0X90 posted this:

It's F4 and not F3. The website Readme and dloaded copy aren't correct and I believe they're working on that. Go by the Trainer's options or the Readme Tab on the trainer.

my mistake is f4 not f3 😓
weapons are better depending on the level of chaos where you get them
f4 seems to be limited to the character level and does not adjust the weapons to the level of chaos you are in when you use the f4 option
