the F3 option adjust the item level to the mayhem level where you are playing? or only to your character level?

but is it just me or is super DMG not working (except grenades)

The super damage as well as increase legendary drop rate options are not working, other options like infinite health and shields work fine.

This is puzzling. I just took down Prettyboy in his Mech, the final Boss in the Moxxi DLC in 1-2 shots with my weakest gun. One shot for all other robots, etc., so no problem with Super Damage. Also, 1-2 iterations ago if I wore shields or used Health we couldn't kill each other (the Mech and I) but that wasn't a problem just now so that seems to be fixed.

One issue I have is I can't get the high F codes to activate. The F-13 thru F-16 which includes Legendary Drop Rates. The Shift + F1 thru Shift + F4 options.

With the varied results we're all getting, and in the interest of trying to have the same or similar results to report, it might be a good idea if we all try the following then try the trainer in game again:

Delete the trainer and all the files in:

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90

If you don't have one, add an exclusion for: C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens

Reboot PC to clear memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and make sure trainer is in a folder excluded from virus scans, Run As Admin and try it again.

I am noticing the same thing. Unlimited Health seems to work, Unlimited Shields is hit and miss, but Super Damage is most definitely not working for direct damage but seems to work for splash or grenade damage. Also struggling to get the increased legendary drop rate to work.
