I was able to reproduce it now, fixed trainer is on the way.
Thank you! <3
@Wodnik90: Sorry my post was written before your post was created. The answer belongs to pet health.
Regarding your issue, it works fine on my end. Remember what the notes say, it only increases the chance of a legendary drop and not the chance of item drops at all. Which means you will not get a legendary every time you kill an enemy.
Hello 0x90, i have the same problem, option "Increased Legendary Drop Rate" drop all the time the same legendary weapon and same shield

I read the notes but i mean that the mobs drops legendary that work fine but they drop only smg i did i slaugher and every single mob drop the same smd and graveworld same if i activate the option with legendary drop he drops only the same smg nothing else
As a follow up to the previous post, I have now confirmed that in the latest release it all remains the same for me. The pet will die regardless of super damage being on or off outside of gamma burst mode, whilst in gamma burst it simply cannot die. The new respawn feature if fine, but as the pet is knocked down in TVHM Mayhem 3 immediately outside of gamma mode, it doesn't really help.
Maybe you can provide a savegame with easily repeatable instructions.
Not sure how you want me to share the file since I can't attach it in its normal state, sorry my software knowledge is fairly poor. Tried to make it into a text document but that didn't work out either.
As for what I do, well I do the following.
Open up the game, then run the trainer, start it up with f1 in the main menu, let it activate, go onto my main Fl4k save and contine on it. As I get in I enable Unlimited Health and shield. After that it depends on what I'm testing but I've done both in different orders, I enable Super damage, and then infinite pet health (granted infinite pet health was listed higher up than super damage in the 27th release, so order differs between builds although the outcome remains the same anyways)
From there I simply start the slaughter shaft encounter, and everything is as I've described previously with my testing.
