I too have followed the instructions for the trainer...i've used the trainer from the folder where my other ch trainers are, and also placing the ch trainer into the game folder...neither work. When I hit F1, audio reports "failed". Also, I cannot find the file CH Breakpoint Launcher.exe, when i open the zip, i just see my usual trainer number, my id, and which app the trainer is. I dont see anything like the file named above - the description says its there. Any help would be most welcome. Forgot to mention...I bought the game from ubisoft, not thru uplay or uplay+, does that make a difference?

Disable all AV including browser extensions and addons. Try downloading from different browsers until you get the extra zip file with the launchers in it.
Every issue has been adresses already, please read through the comments folks. It is not that hard.
Also i found out why i kept crashing so much. Appeartly the trainer, and some of its options, cause a memory spike. Which leads to the game crashing.
Now i lowered all settings to high, instead of ultimate, and i have been able to play without crashing.
I think the memory spikes happen, due to the memory of the game being changed on the go, by the trainer.
I wish this was not the case, and not causing any memory spikes, but oh well, i'll take it for what it is.

I just got told I need a whole separate trainer for EGS... so...
There are definitely still unaddressed issues.
So, I did as was posted here, did 9000 (which took me to 37) did a faction q. then got rewards, and did it again for the latter.
it 100% does NOT give you everything it should. I am missing several things. I can only assume they didn't bother to set it up right.. since nobody would be there for a while!
I am missing choc chip camo for battle level 2.. that sucks!
Yeah, I am sure we are missing the same items as well as everyone else here.
