If you check your customization items, one knife is suppose to unlock at battle tier 49 and a few other items like camos are from battle crates/other ranks. Maybe we are unlocking them too early and there's no set reward for the later crates or its bugged for everyone like other things with this game.
There are also raid gear you get that are not shown but can be unlocked. During the beta you could view the raid items.
I have not gotten to gear grade 150 so I cannot test anything with raid stuff.
I forgot which cosmetic or item you get at GS 150. I am currently GS 235. Remind me and I will check and report back.

That is exactly what I am trying to explain. Some of the knives are still locked as well. Not sure how else I can explain this and be any more clearer.
Move your mouse over the locked icons, tell me if ANY of them says "Unlock From Tier #". Some will say "Buy With Ghost Coins" but some will also still be locked behind certain Tiers.
Just getting back to you on this. Yes, I do get everything that I suppose to get. Knife, Face Paints, Camo patterns, Weapon Blueprints, Emblems and Emote(Cut you so bad, Hold this position)
With that said, there are knives that still say "Reach Tier XX of Battle Rewards" for example Nightmare Knife which you need to reach Tier 24 to unlock. I believe they are from different episode. If you go to Battle Rewards and press "F" to "View All Crates Content" you will notice that we are at "Episode 0" which is still going for 2 more months
So, lets wait and be patient, shall we?

Basically, every battle supplies crate you claim has a chance to earn one of those rewards. It's RNG but if you reach Tier 50 you are guaranteed to get everything I suppose?
