After doing a lot of digging I found this:
This is from Battleye FAQs Page.

When starting my game with BattlEye enabled, I get the following error message: “Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.”

This is likely caused by you trying to use an unsupported Windows 10 Insider build. While we try to support the latest builds as fast as possible, there can sometimes be delays related to a number of factors. Until then you will have to downgrade to an official public build of Windows 10.

Whats an unsopported windows 10 version? I have a fully OEM one with bought code. So its fully legal. And its not working. And with previous versions it worked....

if the GAME won't run on your computer, that is an issue with the developer of the game.

if your game runs, then likely the launchers can run your game that are included with the trainer. I cannot replicate any problems here. It works.

If you read back 2-3 pages you can see. The game is running fine. The trainer launcer not. And every time I start the launcher I have to repair the game to run it again.

Just to make sure I downloaded a version from microsoft and refreshed my win10. The result exactly the same: cannot touch the exe file

I think I know why it isn't working for me, because I build a new PC and the Windows version that was installed is Windows 10 Update 2004, which is the May update.
So I have to wait for wait the trainer to be compatible with that.

Does not work with previous edition of windows.....

And it was no issue in the past with any of the trainers. Not even for this game
