option 1 is not reliant on option 5 at all. They are two coded separate. The game collects the player ID, and if option 5 is on, compares that and then sets the health to 0. It MAY be that the game sets spawned creatures to 0, but if that's the case it's been that way since inception since we did nothing new to the trainer other than update the AOB's and some code offsets.
