So this is wierd, been using trainers for 14 years on here, no problems, been using them for NMS recently, using them today no problems. Went to watch TV came back and found my IP address has been blocked and my account locked for some reason? I have absolutely no idea why? If I have done something wrong I am sincerely sorry but I don’t have a clue what it could be? I recently started using mods from nexusmods for NMS? Could that be it? I’m using my phone to type this and my account is unlocked but my IP is still blocked? Cloud fare say I tried to access the website and something went wrong but it’s not my fault? They say it’s the web server? I dunno? That’s just what it says? I’ve submitted a ticket but anyone have any clue what’s going on? I’m a loyal user and been here many years and wouldn’t dream of doing anything that could harm this fantastic place since I use this place regularly and have even paid to support this place. So any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using VPN software by any chance? If yes: disable that, clear cache and cookies, then try again.

Same here, couldn't use site or launcher, said both were a banned IP. Had to use a VPN to access my account.

Tried the advice, and cleared history/cache etc. but I'm still getting the same error message...

Well hopefully I will get a reply from my ticket soon as my IP is still blocked for some reason. Really weird.
