Never, under no circumstances, provide any information about your operating system (be as specific as possible; Win 10 - press Win key + i - System - About - Windows Specs in the bottom right) and the security software you use (again: be as specific about it).


As it is this time of year when AV companies update their software to their xxx 2020 iterations, my best guess is that your software updated and has either new security options in place or the old ones got reset. Disabling security software does not help in any case as some services still run in the background no matter what.

Check your settings.

You should also clear all of your browser caches, system cache and dns cache in case you had an expired membership and the trainers were disabled before re-subscribing.
