I am either getting an invalid user or user is banned message when I try to open or use a trainer. I paid my yearly sub. and disabled my antivirus/firewalls. I also ran the application as administrator and still nothing. I have sent a message to support and no reply. is there something I am missing? I am getting very frustrated because I paid for this and it isn't working.

Something on your system is interfering with the authentication process. Likely AV, firewall or other security software or not right clicking run as admin on trainer. Your trainers work fine on my machine and nothing is wrong with your account.

I have disabled all AV/firwalls and run the app as admin. this happens with newly downloaded trainers and ones that worked last month.

It is well known that anti-viruses keep working in the background even when "disabled". Please whitelist the trainer executable in your anti-virus application(s).

Furthermore, you should run the trainer as administrator, not the game.

guys, I am telling you I have done all of those things. I have TURNED OFF my AV and firewall plus I have put it as excluded in my whitelist and I will tell you for the third time that I am opening up the trainer application with "run as administrator". with the trainers that worked 30 days ago I can open them but it says "invalid user" and for the newly downloaded trainers it wont let me open the application and gives me the "this user is banned" message.

to be specific, the fable anniversary trainer is the app that wont let me open it and gives me the "this user is banned" message. I have downloaded it 4 times now

As PWizard mentioned: "Something on your system is interfering with the authentication process...".

A second ago I tested the trainer and is authenticating and working flawlessly.

A way around the online authentication process would be to use the Offline Trainer Authentication key situated here -> Link on the right side of the page.

To be clear, do you mean that you're having this problem with all trainers or just the trainer for Fable Anniversary?
