Feedback, Complaints or Problems

So throughout the years there have been times while gaming that I would load the trainer page on a phone or other mobile device to have quick access to what the trainer options are and had no issue doing so

Within the past few months, maybe 2 or 3 or so, when I would do this I would have issues accessing the trainers page and this is what shows up as shown in the screenshot.

Now ive done everything to try to fix it, clear browser history/cache, reboot the phone, etc.
The ONLY thing that fixes it is logging into the site, after which i'm able to view trainer pages normally. This doesn't happen on PCs, so i'm guessing its a mobile issue?

In addition to that, a banner actually shows up every now and then, its the banner from back in Feb when the site was going down for a short time for an update or something. so that in itself is pretty weird.

But yeah, this only happens when not logged in and seems to affect my Galaxy S10 AND my Galaxy S7 for Chrome and Firefox. My Galaxy Tab however loads the pages just fine.

Being how odd this is I figured i'd mention it, not sure if anyone else has.

It works fine on my S9+ with no error and I get the mobile version of the page. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies and try again? You might also have some kind of browser addon or extension installed that is causing the site to error on it. We haven't received any other complaints about it other than this one.

Something strange happened while testing CH on my Galaxy Note9 and having CH also open on my PC, both logged in, when trying to respond to this topic (on the PC) I had to log in again on a new tab 🤔

Anyway, CH works perfectly well on my phone, but to reply to this topic it ask me to login again also!

That's normal as you can only be logged into one place at a time for the website (not counting the TM).

Thank you for answering, cannot be logged with PC and phone at the same time...didn't know.

as mentioned before, I have tried clearing the caches and rebooting the devices.
The trainer pages themselves are what gives me the 404, I can enter the message board sections for the games just fine, but clicking to go to the trainer page itself regardless of the game is when I get the 404.

The fact that I had even seen the ATTN maintenance banner at one point while it was doing this is even more strange

But again, as soon as I log in to the site all trainer pages load normally.. weird as hell, but eh..

Please try it now and see if it works.

Verified every tabs on my note9, while not logged in, and it work great
