Feedback, Complaints or Problems

So, this is a problem i encountered several times and somehow recurred even more recently. As i activated the trainer and cheats, it immediately dips the fps to 1/2 of it. In my scenario it happened in metro exodus, metro last light redux, Ace combat 7, Resident Evil 2.

I currently have no idea of why it only happened on specific trainer or even what causes it.
It may have something to do with the trainer injection as usually when it happened, the time on the debug rises from (normally) 200ms in games that works just fine to about 600-900ms when the problem occurred.
